1. Test Drive an Account

Hate to give out your email address? Hate reading this tutorial? Try playing with a test account here.

2. Create a Form

If you don't like reading, watch this video here (poor quality) or here (higher quality).

One you are logged in, click on Create Form highlighte by red rectangle below:

Then you will see a daunting interface but the only important parts are marked with numbers.
1. You make a form with this. The important part is the title.
2. If you don't like working, click Get More Templates Your peers may have created a similar template as you. Click Import, come back to the form creation page, and observe the box #2 again for templates you've collected.

Let's take a closer look at the form interface. Say you want to create a Yes or No button. Type Yes in box 1. Add this choice by clicking box 2. Do the same with No. Then click Add Form Element. I will improve this interface later but for now this will do.

Once you have a finished product, click Create!

3. Submission and Storage

The default setting on the form is that once a user submits information on your form, the submission gets relayed to your email. Now, what if you want to store that information under the form, or even to another page? Here's how:

Click on Edit on top of your form.

Now, click on Submission Settings

The next thing to do is pick the option indicated by the arrow and assign a name to where you want it stored.
